Description

The Integral Ultrahigh Pressure Casing Cement Head is a high-performance cementing tool designed for demanding oil and gas well cementing operations. Manufactured with high-strength materials and an integral (non-welded) structure, this cement head offers excellent pressure resistance, reliable plug release, and stable performance under ultra-high-pressure conditions.

It is widely used in onshore and offshore drilling projects where safe, efficient, and precise cementing is required.

Product Overview

A casing cement head is installed at the top of the casing string during cementing operations. It connects the casing to the surface cementing manifold, allowing cement slurry, spacer, and displacement fluids to be pumped into the wellbore. At the same time, it provides a controlled system for releasing top and bottom cementing plugs to ensure proper casing cementation.

This integral ultrahigh pressure cement head is specifically designed for deep wells, high-pressure wells, and complex cementing conditions.

Key Features & Advantages

  • Ultra-High Pressure Capability
Designed to withstand working pressures up to 70 MPa, suitable for deep and high-pressure well cementing operations.

  • Integral Non-Welded Structure
The one-piece body design eliminates welding weak points, improving overall strength, safety, and service life.

  • Reliable Plug Release System
Equipped with a clear plug indicator to show whether the cementing plugs have been successfully released, ensuring operational accuracy.

  • Flexible Manifold Connection
Standard 2″ 1502 union connection allows easy integration with high-pressure cementing manifolds.

  • Easy Operation & Maintenance
Simple structure with replaceable components, reducing downtime and maintenance costs in the field.
